
Linamar Corp. LNR-T reported net earnings of $183.1-million during its second quarter, up from $126.9-million in the same period last year.
That amounted to diluted net earnings per share of $3.08, compared with $2.12 during the prior-year quarter.
The Guelph, Ont.-based auto parts manufacturer says its sales hit a record of $3.14-billion during the three months ended June 30, rising year-over-year from $2.64-billion.

The company also announced it is raising its quarterly dividend to 32 cents per share.
